Waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains how Brightwave handles information submitted through its waitlist quiz.
Information we collect
We collect your email address, your answers to the six quiz questions, your agreement to receive Brightwave news and updates, and submission and consent timestamps.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand prospective customer needs, research and improve the product, and send waitlist or early-access updates, including product news and marketing you agree to when joining.
Service providers
Supabase processes and stores waitlist submissions for Brightwave. Vercel hosts and delivers the Brightwave website and server-side submission service. These providers process information on Brightwave's behalf.
Retention
We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and contact
You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing email. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of your waitlist submission, contact ottok@nootbrands.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
